The
Soft-Engine, thanks to the great experience accumulated in the automotive sector since 1991, has recently developed an activity of
Research and Development. This activity, already affirmed for a long time during the development of the dynamometers and of the engine simulation software for which the Soft-Engine is famous to international level, has produced interesting results, first among the whole realization of the
Soft-Engine Journal, the technical publication of the
company born in 2003. In the publication a lot of mechanical

Today the activity of research and development spaces from the engine simulation softwares to development prototypes of flow benches or for suspensions, from the debugging of motors and headings software thanks to software
2TBASE, 4TBASE and
CAMS to the realization of thesis, developed near the Soft-Engine, in collaboration mainly with the
Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona,
Italy), but also with important foreign poles as ENISE
(Ecole Nationale Of Ingénieurs de St.Etienne -
France), with which the Soft-Engine has stipulated conventions. Notable also the activity of test to the bench on behalf of prestigious magazines as
Motosprint and Inmoto of the group
Conti Editore (of which are suppliers).

Near its test rooms Soft-Engine R&D some important vehcle have been tested to the bench in preview: auto like Audi A3 TDI 2.0, motorcycle like Ducati 999s, Ducati St 4s Abs, Aprilia Tuono, Aprilia RSV 1000R, Aprilia Factory 2003, Honda Mondial, Benelli tornado 3 900, Guzzi V11 Café Sport. Thanks to the engine tests have been set besides motor as the Vortex VL-B 100cc, Iame Parilla 100cc Redjets, PCR TSL2K lamellar, Maxter MTA, CRS S88 125cc. All the results have gone out in the first volume of the Soft-Engine Journal. Finally, Soft-Engine R&D is supplier of dynamometers of prestigious team like Team Bevilacqua and Team Pedercini, Suzuki Italia, and it collaborates with firms what Bitubo and Ktech, firms leader in the production of dampers. Recently, the Soft-Engine has started also a relationship of collaboration with the ORAL ENGINEERING - Modena, ITALY directed by M.Forghieri (ex technical manager of Ferrari), company that makes a will besides motor for the BMW motion (Germany). Thesis

In fact our new dynamometer for dampers, and the prestigious software
"Suspension 4.0" (the only one, in Europe, to possess the functionality of
Reverse function), was born really after a great job of research and development, with the collaboration of the two firms above you name. The preliminary study, lasted almost two years, it has allowed the Soft-Engine to impose itself on the market, with a product also not properly automotive.
