SOFT-ENGINE   is now the manifacturer of a new product, the  "CAMS MAKE-PROF 25", a device to measure an exsisting cam lift curve. Its purpouse is to calculate the cam profile and its construction data.

The data acquisition software is able to export the construction data in the most important data format for CAD and cutting-machine interface, for a possible rebuild of the measured cam.

About dynamometers, SOFT-ENGINE is a company producing all possible vehicle dynamometers, from little scooters to 4wd cars. So, we produce dynamometers for scooters, minibike, motorcycles, superbike, 2WD and 4WD cars, kart and quad, little horse-power engine, motorcycle engine, and car-trucks engine. The last SOFT-ENGINE products are the new dynamometers to test industrial machines and very hi-horsepower and torque engine, like truck engines.

Moreover, since 2003, we put into the market the shock-absorbers dynamometer, for motorcycle and car dampers, so SOFT-ENGINE entered in the suspensions world also. The flow bench is another  direct conseguence of the R&D intense activity.

In these years, thanks to its company layout, SOFT-ENGINE can link the simulation (by the automotive software) with the real mechanic phenomenon measuring (thanks to the dynamometer's use): by our software (particularly the software managing the dynamometers) few mouse clicks are enough to study the data from all possible point of view. This explains why our software and the SOFT-ENGINE dynamometers are appreciated and required by leading companies and various tuners. For example, we made an official agreement with the prestigiuos "Suzuki Italia" and "Aprilia" in the past, about our motorcycle dynamometers.

Finally, SOFT-ENGINE  has a "Research and Development" internal division, collaborating with some Universities, like the "Università Politecnica delle Marche". Thanks to this "R&D" works, SOFT-ENGINE can put into the market new ideas, that transforms into new products.

Recent developments: in the recent past Soft-Engine increased its productions, infact there are some news: 

1-Car braked dynamometers "Supercar 1000 4x4 Syncro", with integral transmission

2-Engine braked dynamometer "Braker Engine 400" to test car engine.

3-Flow benches.

4-Rapid-link system to automapping the Rapid-Bike control units, during a dynamometer test.

5-New hi performance dynamometer control software "Braker 6.0 Endurance" the gas control module is included.

6-New 4-stroke engine simulation software 4TBASE 4.0 , the same performances of 4TBASE 1.0 but including computation up to four cyclinders engine. Any possible exhaust or inlat pipes layout is possible.
