The bench allows the valve lift regulation using an appropriate accurated instrument and it measures the head flow vs the selected valve lift value and the pressure, both data are imposed in the software.

Also, the Flow coefficient is computed by software, using the known formulas.

his product is available in three models, according to the flow the bench can measure:  "Flux 500", "Flux 800",and "Flux 1600".

SOFT-ENGINE flow bench is a gaseous-type machine: an hi reslution flow sensor stores the gas flow data. A fan system give air or takes away the air in the head, while the air pressure is keeped to a constant value (by an inverter and a pressure sensor). Direct and inverse flow can be measured, both for inlet and exhaust valve.

Entire test is automatic. The only operation to do for an human operator is to change the valve lift by an accurate device when the software warns.
