This device allows to measure the cam lift and to calculate the profile and its construction data.

It's possible to export data in Text, Excel and Html formats. More, the cam profile's construction data can be saved in DXF and ISO format (communication with CAD software and cutting machines) and 4TBase format (the Soft-Engine 4-stroke engines simulation software).

The basic package is made by the data store electronic unit, linear sensor and encoder (both having an high accuracy). It's possible to add also the mechanical device for cam and sensors support.

The software versions are:

The basic version (2.0) measurement of a cam lift and profile with construction data calculation. Possibility to repeat the test six times for each session.

The extended version (3.0) is the same of 2.0 version but including also the twin intake and exhaust cam profiles measurement, with related difference of phase, the real-time acquisition and the multiple lift acquisition.
