END OF PRODUCTION VEHICLE DYNAMOMETERS

The SOFT-ENGINE 4wd industrial vehicles dynamometer is suitable to test machines, trolley elevators, agricolutural machines, little bobcat  etc... 2wd and 4wd. The dynamometer is braked and a PC software measures the horsepower the torque and the performances. When dynamometer works from an inertial point of view, an engine regime variation is measured. So, the software can measure the speed, the acceleration, the torque and the horsepower. Infact the horsepower of the vehicle produces the rollers rotation and so the roller acceleration real data can be stored, and, knowing the roller inertia factor, it can be measured the torque also. The encoder is the sensor measuring the vehicle regime (acceleration): its accuracy is 1000 impulse each revolution. When dynamometer works from a braked point of view, the eddy current brake loads the engine so the vehicle can be tested in particular conditions like effort, road frictions, mappings etc...

This braked dynamometer can test industrial vehicles 2wd or 4wd up to 60 HP (30 each set of roller).
